The marine environment presents unique challenges for digital displays. High levels of salt in the air, constant humidity, and intense UV exposure accelerate wear and corrosion, drastically reducing the lifespan of standard LED technology. To combat these environmental stressors, Pensar LED employs a three phase protective process that enhances the resilience and longevity of our current outdoor product line up, which includes our Ice, Steel, and Meteor series products.
Fine Sand-Textured Powder Coating
The fine sand gray powder coating enhances the aluminum cabinet surface durability. It provides a protective layer that resists wear, scratches, chloride ions and other corrosive substances in seawater and salt spray. This texture also ensures better adhesion for subsequent layers, such as paint or additional coatings.

Special Nano Coating
Nanocoating creates a hydrophobic and oleophobic surface, repelling water, oils, and dirt. It minimizes the buildup of moisture and debris, reducing the risk of electrical shorts and performance degradation. This nanocoating is applied to the module, LEDs, power supply, hub and receiving cards.

Electrophoresis
