The ultra-smooth 3840Hz refresh rate supports flicker-free motion, ideal for video playback and live content. Its 600mm x 337.5mm panels follow a native 16:9 aspect ratio, enabling seamless Full HD and 4K video wall configurations with simplified integration.

COLOR CONSISTENCY

We begin by carefully sorting our wafers to ensure uniform color across all modules. This binning process is critical for maintaining even color balance in every video wall display.

UNIFORM THICKNESS

Next, we analyze and adjust the thickness of each component to guarantee consistency. This step helps maintain structural and visual uniformity throughout the video wall.

SURFACE TERATMENT

The third step involves treating the surface of each module to achieve a rich, true black finish. This enhances contrast, delivering vivid, high-impact visuals in any environment.

PRECISION CALIBRATION

Finally, we use our four camera calibration system to fine tune each module, ensuring it meets Pensar LED’s standards, surpassing typical benchmarks for image quality.
