At the factory, we take the time to make sure we have perfection in all of our modules by running them through a four-step process. The first process is bin sorting of our wafers to make sure our colors are even.
The second process is analyzing the thickness and making any adjustments that are needed to keep uniformity in the modules. The third process is to treat the surface of the module to ensure perfect black color for high-contrast.
The fourth and final process is to use four cameras to calibrate each module to meet the high standards that Pensar LED sets forward to exceed the ones set by the LED industry.
